(I’ve made it to day 2 of Blogmas! Woo hoo!)
I laaaav a Christmas jumper. While I once despised the idea of heading out dressed like I’m about to take part in a caroling service, I now look forward to the moment it’s socially acceptable to once again dig them out from the back of the wardrobe.
It wasn’t till the last couple of years, however, that I noticed the vast range of jumper designs… I always pictured the kind of “traditional” patterns and images, yet there’s so many cute ones out there that actually end up looking pretty casual. Here’s a handful of the Christmas jumpers I’ve spotted and added to my wishlist so far this season:
Hooded Christmas top – £17.99, H&M
So this probably isn’t one that I’d deem “casual”… but it was waaaay too cute to leave out! I’m totally considering getting it just to chill in around the flat – especially for the hood!
White ‘ho ho ho’ pom pom Christmas sweatshirt – £28.00, River Island
I LOVE pom-poms this year! I just didn’t understand the trend when it first came around (as always), but I’ve genuinely lost count at how many pom-pom adorned items I now own. I just think this jumper is so simple, yet stylish AF.
Grey Gingle Bells Glitter Print Christmas Jumper – £15.99, New Look
I’ve talked about my love of gin on here many times before – you see the attraction to the jumper, right?
Christmas 3D Wreath Jumper – £55.00, Topshop
HOW FUNKY IS THIS!? Little bit more “out-there” than what I’d usually go for, but I think this is so fab. I can’t honestly say I’ve seen any jumpers out there like this one! I also love a turtleneck style, so this is definitely a fave!
Mela Shell Pink Fairisle Knit Christmas Jumper Dress – £28.00, New Look
I have a feeling this one could split opinions… BUT IT’S A DRESS WITH A TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS JUMPER DESIGN… AND IT’S PINK! I don’t know if you’ve noticed with my previous clothing wishlists, but I love the colour pink. I’m genuinely going to look out for this in my local New Look, because I think I might have found my Christmas Day outfit… (also, noted that it’s technically a dress and not a jumper… but shhhh)
Sequin Penguin Jumper – £36.00, Topshop
Penguins are just the cutest things ever, let alone ones in Santa hats. That’s all my reasons for this being on my list.
Mince Pies Before Guys Red Jumper Dress – £20.00, PrettyLittleThing
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a statement that I agree with so much… My love for mince pies is infinite. (Also yes I know, another dress. Soz)
Has anyone else organised their Christmas jumper line-up yet? I’d love to know of any others I’ve missed out, or other stores I could explore!
I also absolutely LOVE Christmas jumpers (I think I own 5 or 6 which is quite a lot for something you can only wear for about a month!). I have been so good this year and have managed to resist buying any but some of these are just too cute! I was planning on sharing my Christmas jumper collection next week as part of my blogmas but I have a sneaky suspicion it may grow before then haha… 🙂 x
